As a child, I developed a homemade newspaper using an HP LX300 we had at home. With a text editor, I wrote a few pages of a publication called "Diário da Casa" and sold it to family and neighbors. But let's fast-forward to more relevant experiences, shall we?

Before 2000, I also developed an association of Betta Splendens breeders and created my first educational website. It featured modules, lessons, and live events in my IRC channel and ICQ for discussions and training. At its peak, my association had 400 members. (hmmm I found on Wayback Machine: https://web.archive.org/web/20000919181458/http://www.aqua.brz.net/betta/)

Now, let's get to the serious corporate stuff: Pearson Education. As the world's largest educational company, I joined them in 2010 as a Project Manager. Initialy for a Mergers & Acquisitions program. Unexpectedly, I soon found myself leading the creation of numerous educational initiatives (LMS, Educational Portals, Educational Games, etc…) . My role evolved to encompass marketing product management, project management, and frankly, a bit of everything—that's just how we operated there.
The first major educational project involved delivering thousands of "Learning Objects" that formed digital classes for K-12 schools. I led a team of over 100 people, including scriptwriters, pedagogical experts, designers, illustrators, programmers, and reviewers. My role was to create a workflow and continuously adapt our methods to meet the project's needs.

That's old stuff, isn't it? Let me list a few other projects from my early years there:
